DisneyVillaFlorida is a spacious 3,500 sq ft of fully air conditioned 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom luxury villa. Featuring 3 master bedrooms (one King and two Queen ) each with their own private bathroom and TV. One master bedroom is located on the ground floor. Two themed twin bedrooms for the children one is Disney Princess and the other a sports theme sharing a Finding Nemo bathroom. A fully air conditioned games room that is part of the house featuring a 7 ft pool table, 7 ft air hockey table and a computer with internet access. This area also includes a queen size sofa bed.
The ground floor is light and airy and mainly open plan allowing the guests to be together in the family room nook and kitchen areas. The family room is ideal for larger group gatherings with three comfortable sofas a large screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped everything you need for cooking, eating and drinking.
There is a formal dining area which also includes a comfortable sofa ideal for a bit of peace and quiet.
All linens and towels are provided. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
For babies and toddlers there is a cot, a high chair and a baby gate with fixings at the top and bottom of the stairs.
 

DisneyVillaFlorida is located just 6 miles from Disney on the new development of The Retreat at Legacy Park. The nearest main intersection is Poitras Road One and US27.
The villa is superbly situated on a larger corner plot that is South facing and has open conservation views from the rear and pool area.
There are lots of shops and restaurants within a short distance. There is a Publix Supermarket just ¾ mile south and a Super Walmart just 2 milles North.
The villa has an extended South facing screened pool deck with ample comfortable sun lounges and chairs. There is a table and chairs for outside dining. The pool has heating available and has beautiful colour changing pool lighting to add to your evening relaxation.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Games Room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing.

i loved the villa and had a great time with my family while i was on holiday there the pool is also great to have fun in the princess room is very pretty and just right for girls but i had to sleep in the boys room
