Highgate Park, a secure gated community, is less than one hour from the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and of the Gulf of Mexico and is your chance to retreat in a country setting, yet indulge in the comfort and charm that you expect in a luxury resort. It is set in 50 acres of past Orange Grove in the lovely town of Davenport and whilst it is only a mere 6 miles for Walt Disney World Highgate Park offers quiet, serene surroundings. As you enter Highgate Park through the 'Villages of Legacy Park' entrance past beautifully manicured grass and roadside palm trees you will start to appreciate that Seven Stars Villa is unlike most other 'luxury' villas found in the area. The decorative brick blocked pavings on driveways and paths, concrete block construction exhibit high quality and create an ambiance of subtle unrivalled excellence that only increases as you arrive at and enter your villa.

The southfacing oversized pool deck with enough seating for all ensures that you can make best use of the Florida sunshine. The rear of the Villa has a covered area for those brief showers.

Additionally a raised SPA to seat 4 to 6 has been installed at one corner of the pool with a waterfall feeding the pool.

 

On the upper floor you will pass the gallery landing to enter the Master suite. Ample space and a US King size bed (6' 6" wide) will ensure you are rested throughout your vacation. With a spacious closet and bathroom featuring an oversized bath this suite must be seen to be believed. Of course the room is supplied with its own Plat Panel TV with built in DVD Player.

The Queen suite is situated on the ground level with a luxury US Queen bed (5' wide). This suite has an en-suite bathroom with full bath tub and shower. You will also benefit from sliding patio doors that take you straight onto the oversized south facing pool deck, where you can enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea in the sun, simply catch some rays or enjoy the evening temperatures where you may even catch a glimpse of the spectacular Disney firework displays. A TV with built in DVD and Video is supplied for your use during your stay.

The Twin suite is also located on the ground level which benefits from two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with full size bathtub and shower.

Two further bedrooms (one twin and one double) are situated on the upper floor which both have easy access to the 4th full bathroom.

 

As you enter the Villa you will notice immediately the oversized glass dining room table. Also in this area are two chairs and a coffee table where you can take time to relax in tranquility. The family room contains enough seating to comfortably seat a full house with all seats have a fantastic view of the wall mounted Flat Screen TV.

The kitchen contains everything you would ever need to make breakfast or a full evening meal. The kitchen island is an ideal place to sit and grab a quick meal seated on one of the 3 high bar stools.



Situated just off the kitchen is the breakfast nook. Here you will find a small table and further seating for a further 4 people.

A washer, dryer, dish-washer, ironing board and iron are provided for your use. 

Please note that a crib and an extra Rollaway bed are available to rent for the duration of your stay. Please select these as options if you would like these added.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Loft. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
