The fully air-conditioned property contains two master suites, one on the first and the other on the ground floor. The first floor suite has access to a huge private balcony overlooking the pool and tropical forest. 3 further double bedrooms and another bathroom ensures that 10 people can be comfortably accommodated.

A large kitchen with nook/breakfast area has direct access onto the extended pooldeck with both open and shaded areas for relaxation and enjoyment. The 28' heated pool (optional) is not overlooked from the rear and is completely screened for your comfort. The kitchen is superbly equipped with high specification appliances.

Separate living and dining rooms assure that this home can cope with any requirements and are luxuriously furnished and include cable TV , DVD and PS2 equipment. High speed internet access has also been installed for those who need to be online whilst on the move.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
