The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find boat hire, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find fishing.

Thank you very much for the use of your condo. We loved it there. It is so convenient to all the attractions in Orlando, plus close to stores, restaurants, flea markets, and malls. Your condo and Venetian Bay are very clean and well kept. We enjoyed using the pools and exercise room. It is a very quiet and secure place to stay. We walked every day in Venetian Bay and enjoyed all the wildlife. We will definitely be back.
