Furnished to a very high standard the ground floor accommodation comprises a FORMAL LOUNGE/DINING ROOM having a dining table to seat six and a large sumptuous sofa and chair. The spacious FAMILY ROOM has two large comfy leather sofas, Huge 62 HDTV with over 300 Cable channels including English football, VCR and Hi Fi. Doors lead directly out to the pool and lanai. The open plan KITCHEN adjoining the family room is fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, icemaker, built in microwave oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. It also has a toaster, coffee maker, blender and all the crockery and utensils you will need. Adjoining the kitchen is the BREAKFAST NOOK which has a table and chairs for four overlooking the pool. There is a separate UTILITY ROOM with a large washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board.
Also on the ground floor is a HALF BATHROOM/CLOAKROOM and two bedrooms. A TWIN BEDROOM with cable TV and double wardrobe and a QUEEN BEDROOM with cable TV, VCR, ceiling fan and double wardrobe. Patio doors lead directly from the queen bedroom out to the pool and lanai, great for those early morning dips!! These two bedrooms share a bathroom, with bath, shower, hairdryer, etc.

Telephones are installed in both the kitchen and Master bedroom, with local calls being free of charge. There is also a portable CD/Radio for your use. All linen, towels and pool towels are provided.

All windows and doors leading to the pool are alarmed for child safety purposes to comply with Florida Law.


 

Upstairs has a galleried landing overlooking the family room which adds to the feeling of space and light. The magnificent MASTER BEDROOM with its AFRICAN theme is a beautiful large room with a king size bed, cable TV, DVD, VCR and ceiling fan. It has its own balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and watch the fantastic sunrise and sunset over the lake. The very large EN-SUITE comprises of two vanity basins, a tub, and a large walk in shower, the W/C being housed in a separate closet for your privacy. There are also two large walk -in wardrobes.

A further charming QUEEN BEDROOM and TWIN fit for a princess are also situated upstairs, both having double wardrobes, ceiling fans, clocks and cable TV. The twin bedroom, a princesss pink paradise has an additional VCR. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, etc.

There is a GAMES AREA with slate bed pool table, fooseball, air hockey , darts, 5 bikes and a large selection of board games. Great fun for all the family!!!!

 

The house has a truly stunning south facing screened private POOL area, backing onto a magical lake and ancient conservation forest with an abundance of wild live and water creatures. The pool, measuring 28ft X12ft, has its own SPA, which is fantastic for soothing aching legs after long days at the parks. It has an extended deck area with plenty of space for the ample upgraded cushioned poolside furniture, a covered lanai for shade or Al Fresco dining. The pool can also be lit for evening bathing. On the deck is a cabana shower and a BATHROOM, so there is no need to dash into the house when you are wet!!!! The pool can also be heated for added comfort for a small addtional fee. We also supply a gas BBQ free of Charge. 

The house is built on two stories, fully air conditioned, with a south facing pool and spa, backing onto a beautiful lake and conservation area. The house is very spacious, measuring 2500 sq ft, and has a very light and airy feel with plenty of room for up to 10 guests.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
