Our luxury holiday villa, set on a large corner plot, has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double garage and a private private pool set in a large patio area with lanai and a full range of patio furniture.

Indian Ridge Oaks is a peaceful and quiet location just 5 miles west of Walt Disney World in Florida. It is situated just off Old Lake Wilson Road which is between markers 5 and 6 on the 192, which is only a few minutes away.

Our holiday villa is close to all of the 192s excellent restaurant, shop and supermarket facilities. Also within a few miles is the Interstate 4 freeway giving easy onward access to Universal Studios, WetnWild, downtown Orlando and connections to the Kennedy Space Centre in the other direction.

There are also 4 championship golf courses on the doorstep.
 

Ideal for two families sharing or a group of friends on the holiday of a lifetime. The villa is well maintained both inside and out, and our management company is available in the event of any problems or if you require any additional services.

The accommodation is spacious with large lounge and dining area, 4 bedrooms - all with cable TV. Master bedroom and bedroom 4 are en-suite, with bedrooms 2 and 3 sharing a further bathroom. All sheets, towels, etc are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with modern appliances including American fridge freezer with ice-maker, hob, oven, microwave, etc and has an additional breakfast area.

The large lounge, with volume (high) ceiling, has cable TV/CD/DVD and surround sound system and also has alarmed patio doors for child safety leading to the pool area.

The master suite also has alarmed patio doors leading to the pool area. The living area and bathrooms are tiled throughout with ceramic tiles – all the bedrooms are fully carpeted. All rooms are air-conditioned throughout with supplementary ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms.

There is also a separate laundry area in the garage.
 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

We had a most brilliant time and the Oak Hill Trail, great address, provided us with a great base!.
