Villa-Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club
Only 20 minutes from Disney on the US 27 this four bedroom three bathroom villa with private pool is
situated on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club a 4 and half star award winning golf
course.
This peaceful 24 hour gated community is located within walking distance to a 24 hour Super Walmart and close to banks, chemists, petrol station, liquor store and food outlets
At the junction of the US27 and I4 "Posner Park" a new development has recently opened with stores including - JC Penney, Target, Belk, Best Buy, Books a Million, Dicks Sporting Goods and Ross also Cicis Pizza with more still to open
THE VILLA
The villa is situated on a large plot on a quiet street with lawns and shrubs to side and rear
The lounge is comfortably furnished with two large sofas a 42" HDTV cable and a DVD/ CD player.
A telephone is available with free local calls.
The kitchen is fully fitted including a full oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer with ice-maker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and teapot.
Plastic plates and glasses are provided for the patio area.
The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen nook which overlooks the pool seats a further 4.
All towels and linens are provided except pool/beach towels.
The garage houses the laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes airer
The villa sleeps 8 (plus travel cot for infant).
The master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet and TV has patio doors leading to the pool area. The ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower) also has a door leading onto the pool area.
The 2nd Master has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower , a 19 " Flat screen cableTV , a clock radio and large closet.
The 2 twin rooms both with closets share the third bathroom (with bath and shower).
The 4th bedroom also has cable TV
The villa is fully air conditioned
The pool can be heated at extra charge of £75 per week in the cooler months (Nov-March advisable). A removable fence is provided for the safety of young children.
The villa also has a table football and electronic darts in the double garage.
The patio area has table chairs and 4 loungers and there is underwater lighting for those evenings outside.
There is also a covered lanai which is ideal for shade especially for young children on very hot days
A large gas barbecue is also provided for your use.
An ideal place to come home to after an action packed day at the "Parks" !!!
