It has 5 double bedrooms (three rooms with double beds and two rooms with twin beds). Two of the double bedded rooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a further full bathroom with WC and a separate WC downstairs. The house is private to the rear where the pool is situated. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. There is a separate dining room and a large open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar leading to a good size living room with twin sofas and additional seating. From the living room there is direct access to the private pool which has deck space with outside table, chairs and loungers. The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a separate Games Room including full size Pool and Table Tennis Tables plus Electronic Darts Board. Complimentary barbecue, high speed internet and enhanced TV channel package (live UK news & sport).

The village house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the village house include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking village house

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the village house you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Yes, we had a wonderful time in Florida.  The villa was fantastic and the whole family really enjoyed our stay there.

Yes thanks did receive the cheque. Florida was great hurricane was a normal English winters day but warmer. Villa was fab and have left you comment in visitors book.

Dear Kevin,  I meant to write you as soon a we got home, but of course as soon as we got home we were busy doing all the things we should have done while we were
gone.  The house was great.  Very comfortable and big enough for my young grandchildren to run around in.  They all enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables.  It was
too cool to swim which was too bad, but it does make the days in the parks a lot more enjoyable.  My sister lives north of Orlando and we go down to see her during
the year, but we try to stay down by Disneyworld once a year and take the kids to the park.  We'll be sure to contact you at the end of the year about renting the house

We had a wonderful time and crammed so much into our 2weeks! Really needed another week to just chill... and to take full advantage of the villa and pool.
Will of course consider again and will recommend villa to friends and family.
