The Villa
The 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa is on a brand new luxury development called The Manor at West Haven it is a gated community with a palm lined boulevard and hosts only 57 executive luxury villas with above average pool and plot sizes, providing ideal accommodation for up to 10 guests. The massive extended pool deck means you will benefit from all day sunshine and with the above average freeform pool and Jacuzzi , you may want to spend all your time at the villa, a luxury attraction in its own right.

Our Luxury 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom Executive Florida villa provides ideal accommodation with:-
A master bedroom with queen-size bed, television, walk-in wardrobe, patio doors onto the pool deck and a massive en suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower cubicle, and roman tub.
A second master bedroom with queen-size bed, television, en suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower cubicle and patio doors onto the pool deck.
Third and fourth bedrooms which each have twin beds, and share a bathroom, with bath and shower over, the bathroom has direct access to the pool deck doubling up as the pool bathroom.
A luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water door dispenser, dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, built in microwave, washing machine and dryer along with a breakfast bar and large dining nook with a casual dining table seating 4 guests large windows overlook the pool deck.
A formal dining room with a large family table seating 8 guests which has an open plan aspect to the living room.
A spacious lounge with high vaulted ceilings 3 large sofas one of which converts to a double sofa bed offers comfortable living space, with all the necessary amenities such as digital cable television, DVD player and for the younger ones a Sony PS2 games console.
Extended patio doors completely open up the lounge onto the covered lanai, ideal for alfresco dining, the extended pool deck with the larger than average free-form swimming pool and 7ft jacuzzi offers the perfect outdoor experience.
