A second master bedroom with queen-size bed, television, en suite bathroom with twin vanity units, large shower cubicle and patio doors onto the pool deck.


Third and fourth bedrooms which each have twin beds, and share a bathroom, with bath and shower over, the bathroom has direct access to the pool deck doubling up as the pool bathroom.


A luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water door dispenser, dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, built in microwave, washing machine and dryer along with a breakfast bar and large dining nook with a casual dining table seating 4 guests large windows overlook the pool deck.


A formal dining room with a large family table seating 8 guests which has an open plan aspect to the living room.


A spacious lounge with high vaulted ceilings 3 large sofas one of which converts to a double sofa bed offers comfortable living space, with all the necessary amenities such as digital cable television, DVD player and for the younger ones a Sony PS2 games console.


Extended patio doors completely open up the lounge onto the covered lanai, ideal for alfresco dining, the extended pool deck with the larger than average free-form swimming pool and 7ft jacuzzi offers the perfect outdoor experience. Loungers, table and chairs offer ample outdoor amenities allowing you and your guests to really appreciate this extra large deck.


FREE Wireless Broadband Internet is also provided, just bring along your own laptop and keep your friends up to date with all your holiday fun, get yourself setup with Internet Phone (callserve) and enjoy extremely cheap calls to UK land line and mobiles via the Internet. The Manor at West Haven also offers a private tennis court and children's recreational area with a cabana for the sole use of Manor Guests, rackets and balls are provided in the house should you feel energetic enough after your daily adventures.  

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
