Our new fully furnished,English owned, 3 bed/ 3 bath home was built in 2004 and is pristine condition.This is the first year it has been let. It sleeps 8 people..it has two double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and two sofabeds if extra room is required. Located in davenport area of orlando, the villa is within 15 minutes of the Popular 'Walt Disney World' Attractions but is in a very quiet location. It is only 10 minutes away from 2 PGA golf courses. It overlooks a conservation area brimming with wild eagles and deer.

We can arrange car hire also with a friend local to the villa, and prices start at £85.00 fully inclusive of insurance, for a mondeo size car it is £115.00 a week fully inclusive..
We will also provide a full information pack for your holiday. I will assist in any information required for flights or theme park tickets

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, scuba diving.
