The other attractions including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet n Wild, Kennedy Space Centre & Busch Gardens are easily accessible.

The Villa is ideal for day trips to Daytona Beach on the Atlantic and Clearwater on the Gulf of Mexico. There are several championship golf courses within easy driving distance of the Villa. The new Champions Gate Golf Complex is within five minutes as is a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens Pharmacy and a liquor store. A Wal-Mart Super-centre is 10 minutes away. There a many restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking. Some of them have take out and some will deliver to the Villa.


 

This Fabulously Spacious Villa has a clever plan; the Lounge Area is at the heart of the villa, with the Dining Area and fully equipped Kitchen adjacent, no one has to be left out preparing meals. Further, there is a Kitchen Nook with breakfast table and seating for four, this area has a bay window overlooking the pool and spa and when using it for drinks or meals, guests can still supervise poolside activities. The Lounge Area has two settees one of which converts to a sofa bed for extra guests, a large cable TV with a DVD player, plus PlayStation for hours of ‘FUN’. There are also a few popular games, as well a music centre. The Dining Area has a table with six chairs; however, there is room for eight around the table. There is a Utility Room containing the washing machine, dryer and this room opens into the double garage. The villa benefits from full air conditioning, that doubles as a heating system if required. There are Four Bedrooms, Two Master Suites with en-suite bathrooms and a further Double Bedroom and Twin Room sharing the third bathroom. The First Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet with room for cases and off the bedroom is the en-suite bathroom with a bath and large shower as well as two vanity basins and toilet. There is an alarmed door leading outside to the pool deck from this Bathroom, thus enabling guests to use this as a pool bathroom if necessary. The Second Master Suite has its very own spacious Ensuite Shower Room facilities. Ideal for two families wanting to holiday together, or maybe bring the Grandparents! Outside, to the rear of the house is the spacious pool area with a twenty-eight foot pool, surrounded by a screen. The pool ranges in depth from three to five feet. There is also a set of quality pool deck furniture for those evenings of dining ‘Al Fresco’. Both doors leading onto the pool deck from the villa are alarmed for added safety for the little ones.


 

This is a small developing community situated amongst Orange Groves, just 1-2 minutes from junction 55 of the Interstate 4 on Highway 27, which is south west of Disney in Central Florida. This community is a perfect place to spend the end of a busy day. It is close to shops, restaurants and fuel stations and within minutes from several champion golf courses. Being close to Interstate 4 there is easy access to all the well known attractions such as Seaworld, Universal, International Drive, Wet and Wild, HW 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial HW), Florida Mall, Millennium Mall and many, many more.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
