Casa de Cascada is set 100 metres above sea level on its own private hilltop, surrounded by 10 acres of tropical park land, but only five minutes from the beach (by car), 15 minutes from the airport and with many restaurants and facilities close at hand. The views, the sea breezefeatures including an amazing range of sculpture and artwork, a 28 metre high water cascade, a 20 metre long infinity-edged pool, satellite TV, pool table, terraces and outside dining on all sides of the villa.  

To supplement the facilities of the villa, just down the mountain Playa Dorada, the biggest hotel complex on the North Coast provides numerous restaurants, casinos, nightclubs and a wide range of shopping facilities. Nearby, horse-riding, tennis, golf and quad biking are all available.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, horse riding.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, scuba diving, a themepark.
