The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 single and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, historic sites.

The consensus was that never have we seen a place that in person exceeded expectations based on web site pics! We absolutely loved the villa, the beach, the pool... And we really enjoyed Juana, Juan Carlos, Harold, and the rest of the staff who catered to our every need, and made our time here so much fun. We can’t wait to come back.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful house. We own a remodelling company so we were delighted to see this well built beach house. We stayed here for one week with our three teenagers. Juana was an absolute treat! She bent over backwards to accomadate our special diets and she did a mgnificent job! The pool was fantastic and its where we spent most of our time. we were surprised and delighted on New Years when the fireworks began, we had a birds eye view from the master sutie balcony. The view of the ocean & palm trees is astounding.
