Outside Le Perroquet
Le Perroquet is set in grounds of 3.75 acres, containing mature gardens and lots of grassland. To the rear of the house there is a shared 10x5 underwater floodlit swimming pool, which has a large tiled terraced area around it containing sun loungers for your use. This is all surrounded by open countryside and the river Dordogne at the bottom of the garden.

This is a large totally open plan area. The kitchen/dining area is of a good size, enabaling you to prepare and eat all your meals in comfort. It is well equipped and furnished with country style furniture. The lounge area gives you a nice homely feeling. Also downstairs there is a shower room with tiolet and hand basin, this is very usefull when using the swimming pool. The exotic wood staircase takes you to the landing on the first floor.

There are 3 bedrooms and shower room with tiolet and wash basin.
All the bedrooms have parquet flooring, original large oak beams and are furnished with antique furniture.
Master Bedroom: This is really nice and spacious (18'x13') it has lots of beams and original stonework. The main furniture consists of one double bed, bedside cupboards, armoire, chest of drawers and chaise long.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: These both have a double bed, wardrobe and chest or drawers.

The dordogne is a beautiful part of france which has stunning scenery, a lovely climate and thousands of attractions for you to visit. We are in the perigord purple area which is the area around Bergerac. Being famous for it's wine there are several wine trails you can go around.

The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
