La Gourdonnie is a restored farmhouse with a private pool located on the outskirts of Campagnac-les-Quercy in a valley where the surrounding countryside is gently rolling hills and forest. The nearby towns of Cazals 5km, Daglan 8km, Sarlat 15km and Gourdon 20km provide a broad range of restaurants, bars and places of general interest. The rivers and lakes which are part of the Dordogne, Lot and Vezere river systems are within easy reach for day trips and offer lots of opportunities for canoeing, fishing or simply relaxing on the beaches. The nearest airports are Bergerac 1.5hrs, Bordeaux 2.15hrs, Toulose 2.5hrs and Carcassonne  

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bedroom and a sitting area and has views to the front and rear of the house.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and has view over the front of the house.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds has access to a courtyard.
Bathrooms: The bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a combined bath/shower unit with constant hot water.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and is well equipped for home cooking.

Utility Room: Utility room equipment (a clothes washing machine and clothes dryer) is located in the dining room.
Living Rooms: A dining room adjoins the kitchen nad has a dining table and six chairs. The living room has two three seater sofas and a number of armchairs, a coffee table, side tables and book shelves. There is a fireplace and beams throughout.
 

 

The farm house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

Julia says: "La Gourdonnie is a beautifully rustic house in a very secluded (probably best not to try and find it in the dark!) area. The house was very charming and comfortable and had everything we needed in it. The main bedroom was very spacious with a lovely view. The small downside was that the bathroom was in need of updating! However, outside, where we spent 90% of our time, the view from the patio and pool area was stunning. Overall I would say taking into account the view and the location of the property it exceeded our expectations and was certainly good value for money. The lady caretaker of the property was so friendly and couldnt have been more helpful. I would definitely visit there again, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to friend."
