The gite sleeps 6 consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, a shower room with toilet and separate toilet. The lounge/dining-room/kitchen is spacious with gas hob/electric oven, microwave, fridge, TV and DVD player. 

The gite is up its own 400 metre drive and has 27 acres of land, mainly wood, lawn and 1/3 acre lake stocked with fish for the amateur fisherman.
Plenty of space for children to run around while the adults enjoy a barbeque.
We are in a lovely secluded spot yet only 10 mins from the motorway.
There are plenty of places to visit in the area, manmade beaches, local swimming pool, go-karting, fishing, horseriding to name but a few
Sparsely populated roads are ideal for cyclists.
Rich with wildlife, birds and deer..
 

The gite comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The gite has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The gite has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking gite

If you would like to bring pets please ask us first so as we may confirm or otherwise.....
If we agree to you bringing your dog, it will be your responsibility to "Poop Scoop" and to keep your pet under control at all times. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The gite is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The gite is right beside fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the gite you will find a beach, swimming, horse riding, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the gite you will find sailing, boat hire, flying, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a zoo, a themepark.

Tim says: "What a great holiday, awsome value for money, directions were spot on and we were met warm heartedly after being delayed by traffic. The Gite is fantastic, if you are looking for a break, away from the hustle of normal every day life, then look no further. The surroundings are amazing and the views breath taking. Set in 27 aces of land the kids had fun every day exploring. Be prepared for a bit of driving to visit cultural sites etc but this is made up for by the stunning scenery. The gite itself contains every appliance needed and and even games and books for those quiet evenings. We had a brilliant time and will definately going again and with friends next time.
