In the heart of the countryside, a charming detached house of 85m2 on three levels, with capacity for six people, a circular pool in the landscaped garden, located at the doors of the medieval village.

A COMFORTABLE HOME
Old stone house "Pigeonnier" (85 sq.m. 3 bedrooms) lately restored, stone walls, wooden beams, wooden floors, with private terrace and private garden.
On the ground floor, 2 bedrooms for 2 guests each, shower room, separate wc, patio. First floor a living room, the kitchen is opening to the privat terrace and the garden. From the kitchen you will be able to access to the old-pigeonnier room for 2 guests.
The swimming pool is round, about 7,30 m closed and shared with the owner, living on the property, little woods, children playground, pic-nic area at some walking alleys on the mature garden (9000 m²).

The Household linen (cloths, hand towels, tablecloth, cloths and napkins) as the Baby’s equipment (Cot, high chair, bath-tub, deckchair and pushchair) are proposed in hiring.
