The building is on a prime location, right across from the ocean in Salgueiros Beach. This is a second floor apartment, with a garage for one car. In the entrance, there is a corridor, with a full body mirror. To the right we encounter the living room, with fireplace, sofa with relax system, two rotating chairs, TV and dining area with table and chairs. The balcony has a good area, chaise longue and excellent ocean view. To the left of the entryway there is a full bathroom, followed by an ample kitchen, with table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and the usual general utensils. To the left of the kitchen there is a corridor, for access to the two bedrooms, both with built-in closets. One bedroom has a trundle bed, which can be used as one or two twin or one queen bed. The other room has a private bathroom, with a hydromassage bathtub, and a queen bed with a latex mattress. 

Minimum rental is 6 nights in the months of June, July and August. However, if interested in booking for 3 to 5 nights on other months, please send an enquiry.  

We can be flexible on arrival time on most days, depending on the work schedule and overlapping bookings, as long as we are informed well in advance. IMPORTANT: If arrival details are not updated, check-in time will be 7-9 pm, no exceptions.  

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

They had compiled a great file of 'things to do and visit' as well as some board games and music if you chose to stay in. The location is great with a local cafe/pastry shop and several good restaurants in walking distance."
