RULES

EARLY CHECK IN - If your arrival falls before our standard check in time of 3pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day earlier to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation at the time you would like. We will accommodate early check in at no cost after 10am on your day of arrival, providing there is not already someone staying in the property that is departing on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check in status with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If the property is occupied we can accept your luggage at our office and will drop it at your chosen accommodation as soon as it is available.

LATE CHECK OUT - If your departure falls outside of our standard check out time of 12pm we always recommend that you make your reservation for one day over to absolutely guarantee access to your chosen accommodation up to the time that you wish to leave. We will accommodate late check out at no cost up to 4pm on your day of departure providing there is not someone arriving to stay in the property on the same day. If you do not wish to pay for an extra night you must confirm your check out status with us at least 24 hours prior to your departure. If we have a guest following you we can accept your luggage at our office where it can be collected later or we will bring it with us if we are taking you to the airport.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT - We will take a manual swipe of your credit card when you check in and will hold a signed voucher with an open authorisation for up to 7 days after you leave. We will only use this authorisation to claim for charges representing any damage or loss suffered to our property during your stay. An invoice will be presented to you if we need to make any charges to your credit card.

A brand new fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom apartment in the Marina Diamond 1 building, situated in the popular Dubai Marina district off Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Marina is one of the most exquisite and sought after locations in the Middle East.

LOUNGE / DINING AREA - This property has a combined lounge and dining area that easily accomodates up to 6 people. There is a 26" LCD TV. DVD Player also for playing music CD's, Cable TV with 50+ channels, 2 large sofa beds, a 6 seater dining table and there is a balcony overlooking the marina.

BEDROOMS- - We only use hotel grade beds and bed linen to ensure you get a good sleep.
Bedroom 1 - Kingsize Bed sleeps 2 persons (ensuite)
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds sleeps 2 persons (Can be combined with an over mattress to a double bed)

Bed Linen is provided and changed regularly by our own maid service.

KITCHEN - There is a fully equipped Kitchen at this apartment . Facilities include a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, drinking water cooler with free first fill, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and dishes.

Hiring a car to get around Dubai is advisable, however Taxi's are also available for which the cost is reasonable.

CONSTRUCTION IN DUBAI - We would like to inform all our customers that Dubai Marina is a huge project with construction of buildings continuing until 2009. Finished buildings offer high quality accommodation and excellent facilities, great value when compared to similar standard hotels. The fast pace of construction means that what you see today will not be the same tomorrow. We ask all concerned customers to check the status of construction around this or any of our other apartments, we'll give you our honest opinion as to how it will be for the time that you wish to make a reservation.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside swimming, a sports center.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, a zoo.

The Marina Walk is only a 10 mins walk, where you will find a variety of shops and restaurants

Farzana says: "The property is very clean and spacious with all the eminities you would have in your own home, including internet access, iron, hair dryer, washing machine etc etc. The location is a little far out from the city centre but is relaxing and a 15 min walk from the beach. A five minute walk away is the marina walk which has some lovely dining places and a great atmosphere for relaxing. Taxi's are easy to find and to get from the apartment to the city centre should cost 50 dirams (aprox £7). I think the apartment was definatly worth it, we have stayed in hotels in dubai before but prefered the apartment as the location was away fromt he hussle and bussle, near the beach and taxis were easy to find. Construction is happening around the aprtment but was not bad enough to disturb our sleep, the apartment has double glazing and this blocks out most of the noise. Will definatly stay in this apartment on all future vsits!!"
