The Palm Jumeirah is the most extraordinary residential project on earth. Grocery shopping facilities are also close by offering free delivery should you wish to order by phone or alternatively, send the houseboy / driver! 

The lounge and dinning rooms are both decorated in antique cream stucco, giving amazing effects as the sun reflects off it in the morning. The dinning room seats eight and is decorated with The man oil on canvas by Vladimir Efeminov. A patio door leads directly to the terrace breakfast area, and the dinning table is eluminated with a brilliant shell globe, complimented by dinasaur egg lights, mood cove lighting and corner latice floor lamp. The lounge, dinning room, kitchen and master bedroom are all linked to the own opus music system, which also has speakers on the breakfast terrace.
All bedrooms are en-suite and the villas have been designed & decorated to the highest standards, including Opus multi-room entertainment systems with iPod dock, satellite TV, PCs and either Wii or PS3 gaming consoles. 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, a themepark.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, a museum.

Andy, THANK YOU so much for letting us hire Villa Georgia in May - we had a fantastic time and Im completely in love with Dubai - so we will be returning again very soon and hope to stay a little longer next time. Carlos and Hassan were wonderful and it was a pleasure meeting them.
We couldnt fault the villa or location it was everything we wanted and more - the photos on the Web dont do this villa justice, its amazing!
This time last month we were looking forward to Al Qasr.... wish we could turn back time.
