All bedrooms are en-suite and the villas have been designed & decorated to the highest standards, including Opus multi-room entertainment systems with iPod dock, satellite TV, PCs and either Wii or PS3 gaming consoles.
 

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:
The entertainment room has a fully equipped Laptop with WI-FI, webcam and All-in-One Colour Printer/Scanner/Copier available for guest use free of charge.
There is a 46” TV, with Wii console and games, Apple TV and a DVD library.
The villa has a kayak available for guest use.

The entertainment room also has a double sofa bed, and there are hidden wardrobes to the side of the entertainment system.

A Local Mobile Phone is provide with an initial credit of AED50 free of charge, and can be topped up using Etisalat pre-paid cards during your stay.

BATHROOMS & BEDROOMS:
All 4 bedrooms have individual bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided.

LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board.

AIR CONDITIONING:
The Villa is air-conditioned with most rooms having independent controls.

TRANSPORTATION:
A VIP transfer from the Airport to the Villa is available for an additional GBP25 per person. You will be met at the plane door (or in the arrivals centre if bussed in), taken by buggy to passport control, escorted through VIP/Diplomatic passport control and provided with a porter, before being taken by saloon car to the villa.

CHILDREN :
Baby cot, high chair, car booster seats and child seats are all available at the villa. Baby bottle sterilization equipment can also be provided.

In addition to the in-door facilities, the villa has a 5 gas burner BBQ and two 6 seat dining tables, seating up to 12 people in total, together with sun loungers, sun shades and

POOL:
The villa has a 6m x 3m pool which can be either heated or chilled.
The terrace steps lead from the pool area directly to the beach.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the Entertainment Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only and a fax machine.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
