All bedrooms are en-suite and the villas have been designed & decorated to the highest standards, including Opus multi-room entertainment systems with iPod dock, satellite TV, PCs and PS3 gaming consoles.
 

ENTERTAINMENT ROOM:
There is a 46” TV, with PS3 console and a large selection of games, and a DVD library.
The villa has 2 kayaks available for guest use.

A Local Mobile Phone is provide with an initial credit of AED50 free of charge, and can be topped up using Etisalat pre-paid cards during your stay.

BATHROOMS & BEDROOMS:
All 4 bedrooms have individual bathrooms and there is one additional powder room in the Lobby area. Towels, bathroom accessories and hairdryers are provided.

LAUNDRY:
A washing machine and dryer is available along with steam iron and ironing board.

AIR CONDITIONING:
The Villa is air-conditioned with most rooms having independent controls.

TRANSPORTATION:
A VIP transfer from the Airport to the Villa is available for an additional GBP25 per person. You will be met at the plane door (or in the arrivals centre if bussed in), taken by buggy to passport control, escorted through VIP/Diplomatic passport control and provided with a porter, before being taken by saloon car to the villa.

CHILDREN :
Baby cot, high chair, car booster seats and child seats are all available at the villa. Baby bottle sterilization equipment can also be provided.

 

Villa Agne has large out-door sofas able to seat 10 guests, as well as a dining table and chairs, sun loungers and shade. 

2 Kayaks are also available

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In Bedroom 4. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a museum.
