Villa Mlini will seduce you with its aerial view over the charming fisherman's village called Mlini. The small village Mlini (which means "mills") is situated only 10 km away from the medieaval old town of Dubrovnik, the "pearl of Adriatic". The comfortable villa together with a great and quiet location gives you the freedom to spend your holidays relaxing but on the other side also culturally enriched.  

The villa comprises a private swimming pool with a view that will swipe off your feet. The wonderful huge terrace with natural green shade will take care of the heat while you can take a break....from everything!
The modern and brand-new kitchen will be at all your cookeries' disposal. A spacious dining room and the large-scale living room reveal a mighty view on the sea and will convince you that this is the vacation home to be.
The four double bedrooms on the ground floor and three bathrooms allow up to 8 people to enjoy the comfort of Villa Mlini. 

For the daily things you need - such as bread or milk - there is a small foodshop just 50m from your house. For bigger shoppings you can reach the supermarket GETRO which is only 10-15 min drive towards the airport.
Only 10-15 min walking down the hill you can reach the village Mlini where you can enjoy delicous food and drinks in various cafes and restaurants. Whether meat-, fish-, or vegetarian, you will find a place where you will get your money worth!
For those who wish to spend an active holiday, there is plenty of watersports (kayaking, waterski, windsurfing...) you can try. Let us know if you wish to spend an adventourous day like horsebackriding or jeep safari.
 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Richard says: "We visited Croatia from Canada in Sept 2007 and the best part of our stay was our time at Bozo's villa. The villa was clean, very comfortable and ideally situated. The view is beautiful and close to everything we needed. We were close to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and the lovely little village of Mlini. The owners are wonderful. They were not intrusive, but were very helpful. Previous reviewers have mentioned the the climb up the hill from the beach and the noise from the highway and we agree with both, but we considered these to be minor inconveniences. We would definitely go back. "
