Located inside the City Walls, in a completely restored house dating from the 15 th century. Villa Mila enables you to truly experience the spirit of Old Town Dubrovnik and enjoy beautiful panoramic views from the roof top terrace over the Old Town, to the sea and island Lokrum.

 

We offer our dear guests one spacious villa (120 sqm) on 4 levels accommodating up to 6 persons. It is newly renovated, fully furnished space located in an old authentic stone house with its own entrance.

A staircase leads up to the lounge area located on the first floor with sofa for 2.

The second floor consists of one double bedroom and a toilet/shower room.

The third floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and contains two single bedrooms and a bathroom. In one of the bedrooms single bed could be converetd into a double.

On the fourth floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dinning/lounge area.

An outside staircase takes you to the wonderful roof top terrace overlooking the Old Town.

The whole house has a cooling/heating system and it has SAT TV. An electric barbeque is also available at the roof terrace that our guests can use to prepare meals, enjoying the view over the Old Town. 

While staying at Villa Mila do not miss the opportunity to visit the , the island of Lokrum, Koločep, Lopud, Sipan, Mljet, the medieval township of Cavtat... Regular boat tours from the Old Harbor will take you there and to other interesting destinations.
There are a number of possibilities to enjoy sports on water like kayaking, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkling...As the City is a museum itself, every corner of it holds interesting piece of history. Except for walking the walls, you may wish to take guided tours through the Old town. It is really worth it.
Cultural life is lively especially during the summer when Summer Festival is on.

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 2 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside walking, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, scuba diving.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center.
