Dubrovnik-Apartmants are settled in the peacefull part of the Lapad bay, nearby the sea. From the Old Town it takes arround 10 minutes to reach it by car or by bus. One side of the house has a view to the see, and the other at a little pine forrest. There is a beach closely in front of the house with lovely terrace for laying in the sun only for our guests.In the shady backyard our guests can prepare a grill and enjoy their meal on a large terrace.If you are coming by your own boat, there is a berth waiting for you. Our greatest wish is that you are feeling comfortably in the apartments, so we and our partners are doing our best to fulfill all your wishes and make your vacation unforgettable. 

Karaka - Its size is 50 m2. The suite has sleeping room with double bed and living-room with sofa for 2 persons, completely furnished. Separated are kitchen with dining table and bathroom. «Karaka» is suitable for four persons. The view from the balcony reaches the whole Lapad bay. 

 

Opened Jacuzzi availible from March to December. From December to March is closed.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a north facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views.
