This luxury lodge is privately owned and can accommodate 4 guests in comfort with all modern amenities. Set in the former grounds of Cairnyard House on an uncommercialised site. Located 5 miles from Dumfries town on the A711 (Dumfries and Dalbeattie Road) and 1 mile before Beeswing village.

Take a relaxing weeks break either to take in the surrounding countryside and area or venture out and about to explore historical places of interest....take time out to persue your hobbies or interests like fishing..bird watching..golf..walking..treking..cycling and horse riding.

Dining Kitchen (11'X8') with modern electrical appliances, Oven,Hob,Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer and self contained with all crockery,cutlery,glassware,cooking utensils and pans. Toaster,Kettle,Microwave etc. Dining table and 4 chairs.

The Living Room has large patio doors opening out over lovely countryside views with verandah decking and patio furniture for al-fresco dining.Patio table and four chairs.

The Lodge is fully insulated and Double Glazed, with full electric heating throughout, ensuring comfort for early/late season holidays or winter breaks.

The lodge comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The lodge has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The lodge is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The lodge is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.
