Devonshire Place is a lovely, spacious two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to six people. The flat benefits from a juliet balcony offering views to the sea. The property is located on the first floor.

Based in the trendy Kemptown area, Devonshire Place is a quiet street just 2 minutes walk from the vibrant and colourful St James Street. St James St offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars, internet cafes, supermarket and much more. You are also a five min walk from the Brighton pier, the beach, and a short walk to the three main shopping areas and theatre district of Brighton.

Parking
As this property is located in the centre of Brighton & Hove it unfortunately does not come with parking. Brighton’s excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed.

Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am – 8pm.

Resident bays and Pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm or 8pm depending on the zone.

Day passes can be purchased for the majority of car parks from £8 a day, with some car parks offering FREE evening parking. Call Brighton & Hove Parking Information Centre on (01273) 293225.

Permit free zones include: Roads north of Eastern Rd (Kemptown), Marine Parade free bays (1/2 way between Brighton Pier and Marina). Hanover (area of Brighton).

Buses

The apartment can be found on the first floor and is only accessible by the stairs. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer machine, toaster, microwave, gas cooker/hob, kettle and fridge freezer. The living room has a TV, DVD & CD player, telephone with incoming calls only (an outgoing line can be arranged if required), extendable dining table & chairs and two sofas (both doubling as sofa beds). The bathroom has a double contemporary and powerful shower, glass sink and wc. Bedroom 1 is a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 is a twin, that can be converted to a triple upon request, with large triple wardrobe & chest of drawers. Linen & towels are provided (bring your own beach towels).

French windows lead out on to a small Juliet balcony offering views down to the Beach.

The apartments close vacinity to the Brighton Centre also makes it great for conference/business use.

Devonshire Place is the perfect base to have three holidays in one - city break, beach holiday & walking holiday (Sussex is great for walks). This will be a great holiday/break.

This is a very comfortable and spacious 2 bed flat in a great location in Brighton, East Sussex. It is very near all amenities, tourist attractions like the Brighton Pier, Royal Pavilion and great restaurants.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It is decorated brilliantly and was very clean. every thing you needed was provided and it is very close to the sea front and clubs. we had a brillient stay and would return again."
