This property is ideally situated for all types of guests. It is located just a short walk to the beach and is within easy walking distance to Brighton Marina with its wealth of shops and restaurants.

Just a short walk to Brighton's fashionable 'Kemptown Village' will bring you yet more funky bars and restaurants and boutique shops.

The property is located on an excellent bus link with busses leaving every 7 minutes taking you direct to Brighton mainline station as well as most areas of Brighton and Sussex. Arundel St is located on Brighton's only 24 hour bus route should you not fancy that late night stroll!

Arundel Street is within a free parking zone.

Brighton’s excellent public transport system (see below) allows easy and affordable travel throughout the City and East Sussex. For this reason the majority of guests park in a permit free zone and access their car only when needed.

Pay and display bays around Brighton & Hove are approximately £1 an hour 8am – 8pm.

val says: "just a few odd things, like the shower does not hold up as the holder has broken, the stools are a tad precarious and few chipped mugs which i hate and are not really hygienic and very cheap to replace! Otherwise fine and friendly owners."
