The house is located on the main Salsomaggiore-Tabiano road. It is only 3 km far from the city center and railwail station. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the main A1 Autostrada, linking Milan to Rome. Plus it's within easy access to other motorways to the coast, the mountains, and the lakes. Most parts of Northern Italy can be reached in one/two/three hours. Alternatively take the train (Fidenza), and get straight to the city centres without traffic and parking hassles. The high speed train gets to Milan or Bologna in one hour; Florence in two hours, and Rome in four hours! Very nice apartment, at the ground floor. It has an income, a big kitchen (fully equipped), 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with double bed - or twin bed - plus a single bed. Extra bed on request) and a bathroom (both shower and bath).

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
