20 minutes from Paphos International Airport, equidistant from Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay, situated in a quiet residential area, you will find Villa Kalandia.
Villa Kalandia is a luxury villa that accommodates 6 to 8 people.
It has 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 twin room and sofa beds in the lounge area. Each room has access to a balcony. A cot is also provided.
The main bedroom has en-suite facilities. There is a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom.
The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen that includes a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The living area has a dining table, seating 8 people and a high-chair for our younger guests. There is a lounge suite, TV with satellite viewing, DVD and CD/Cassette/Radio.
The villa is fully air conditioned for the comfort of our guests during the summer months, converting to a heating system during the cooler season, complimented by an open log fire.
The colourful, mature garden consists of a beautiful pool that is bathed in sunshine all day. It is surrounded by a terrace containing sun beds, tables, parasol and BBQ. After watching a beautiful sunset, the garden and pool are fully lit for a romantic evening.
Weekly bed linen and towel change provided.
Car hire is essential.
 

The villa is built in a small quiet close in a residential area in the village of Emba. The local supermarket stocks a full range of products, from local produce to Heinz Beans! There is a local take-away selling traditional Cypriot food and a traditional Taverna within a few minutes walk.
The surrounding villages of Lempa, Chlorakas and Kisonerga all have local restaurants.
Coral Bay is a few minutes drive away. Its high street is full of bars and restaurants. It has a character of its own and is full of life. A few minutes drive further on, leads you to the sandy beach and water sports.
Paphos main town and harbour are in the opposite direction, where facilities are abundant. There are two contrasting areas, The Harbour - with its many restaurants or Bar Street - for club land and bars.
 

The island has something to offer all ages and tastes.
The Troodos Mountains for skiing in the winter and site seeing and walking in the summer. There are many vineyards on the slopes where you can sample a variety of local wines and purchase at very reasonable prices.
Day excursions are plentiful - jeep safaris to Troodos or the Akamas Peninsular, day/sunset cruises, fishing trips and guided walks.
If more lively activities are preferred, jet skis, paragliding, water skiing, scuba diving. go-karting, golf and horse riding are all close by, as well as a water park.
There are historic places to visit - The Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings, Baths of Aphrodite and the Kykko Monastery.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding.
