The Harvey Jones kitchen is brand new, with dishwasher, hob and oven, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. A granite work surface and island bar add to the sophistication and there is plenty of storage space and shelving.

The Lounge area is chic, with a 32inch LCD TV offering over 20 digital channels. The large crystal chandelier adds a further touch of glamour, and like all lighting in the studio, it is dimmerable to provide total clarity or a seductive, romantic glow.

The Bathroom is designed for pure relaxation, with a spa-style ambiance, a mosaic wash stand and dimmerable shelf-lighting.

The Sleeping nest offers a king-size mattress, partitioned off from the main living area by a glass wall. A wardrobe, together with under-bed access, provides convenient hanging and storage space.


 

BSquare is in the perfect location: by the sea, on a garden square, and a just a brief walk to all the fabulous amenities and attractions that Brighton has to offer. Whether staying here on business, for a romantic weekend, or for a week long holiday, this property will inspire and impress.

The seafront and beach are seconds away. Waitrose is less than 5 minutes and there is a nearby shopping centre containing many high street stores including Marks and Spencers, Virgin Megastore, Habitat, and HMV.

If independent shops are more your taste, the famous Brighton Laines are within a 20 minute walk, where you will find everything from artwork to jewellery, to trendy boutiques. There is a fantastic range of restaurants and bars around the area, everything from full service restaurants with every type of cuisine, to more convenient stop-offs such as Starbucks, Costa Coffee or Pret A Manger. You can even walk to the Odeon cinema and Brightons theaters in 20 minutes.
