Palmhaven is surrounded on 3 sides by an enclosed garden and offers three large, bright and airy bedrooms. It sleeps 6, with the master bedroom being large enough to accommodate an additional childs bed or travel cot. A spacious and comfortable through lounge and dining room, a designer kitchen, and designer bathroom. The house has dark wood flooring throughout.

There is an attractive patio area, to the front of the house, with table chairs, loungers and parasols, for guests who wish to take advantage of the sunny climes, and eat their meals al-fresco, or who simply wish to chill out with a glass or two in the evening.

Rooms 1 and 2 are upstairs and room 3 is on the ground floor. All rooms overlook the lovely gardens including palm and eucalyptus trees, as well as the newly laid block paving drive and patio.

Each room has ample drawer and hanging storage and the rooms have been thoughtfully furnished with exceptionally comfortable beds and high quality bed linen. 

St Ives & Carbis Bay are justifiably famous for their glorious Blue Flag Beaches, (all 6 of them). The beaches range from the calmer, family-friendly Carbis Bay Beach & Porthminster Beach, to the ruggedly beautiful surfing Porthmeor Beach. We are also a mere 5 minute drive from the fabulous Hayle Towans Beach & sand dunes as well as a 10 minute drive from the Surfers Paradise of Godrevy Beach.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
