A superb family villa, situated in the exclusive El Paraiso valley on the Costa del Sol. As well as being a family home, the villa is available for holiday rental. This villa sleeps up to 8 people and has a cot for an infant.

The oak front door leads to a spacious hallway, with an Andalucian style staircase leading to the 3 bedrooms. The hallway opens out onto a large, bright lounge, with patio doors leading to the extensive gardens and pool. To the left of the lounge is the ‘Den’ where you can sit in comfort and watch the TV, which shows all the ‘free to air’ UK channels. To the right of the lounge are the open plan kitchen and the dinning room. The villa has under floor heating for the cooler evenings in the winter.

The Hallway - entrance is via a large oak door. The hallway is light and airy with Andalucian style staircase leading to the bedrooms. The downstairs cloakroom is accessible from here.

The Living Room. - from the hallway you enter, via a couple of steps into the large, open plan, bright lounge. The lounge is tastefully furnished with sofas and armchairs, centred around an open fireplace. Many of the other items of furniture are antique in keeping with the theme of the villa. This is a room furnished for relaxation. The large French windows make it light and airy and lead to the terrace, garden and pool. There is a separate fridge for drinks in the living room.

The Den - this small and separate room with beamed ceiling is to the left of the lounge, the leather armchairs allow you to watch a DVD, video or television which shows the ‘free to air’ UK channels, or just listen to music on the stereo system, in peace and quiet, while not disturbing the rest of the household. There is also an open fireplace in this room and plenty of board games and jigsaws to keep you occupied.

The Kitchen - this is the hub of the villa. Being open-plan it allows you to join in the company, whilst preparing the culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol. The traditional, oak kitchen is fully equipped, with built in oven & microwave, American fridge, and a central preparation unit with ceramic hob and extractor fan. You will find everything you need, including a seriously large cork screw attached to one of the units!


Utility Room - set off the kitchen, there is a washing machine, plenty of storage and an outside drying area with washing line, which is surrounded by bougainvillea and jasmine bushes

The Dinning Room - a traditional dinning room with a large oak table, chairs seating 8 people, and a sideboard stretching the length of one of the walls. Direct access from the kitchen and also to the terrace.

The Bedrooms - 3 of bedrooms have ‘en-suite’ facilities and veranda and air conditioning. The 4th room has bunk beds and is essentially a children’s room


The Andalucian style, curved, stairway leads to a spacious landing to the 3 bedrooms.

Master Bedroom - is located on the west-facing side of the villa, luxury, king size double bed, wooden floorboards, tastefully furnished with antique furniture. and by stepping through the French windows onto the sun terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of the mountains, El Paraiso golf course, across to Gibraltar and, on a clear day, the Atlas mountains of north Africa. There is also a television showing the UK ‘free to air’ channels. Through an archway to the expanse of fitted wardrobes and storage space and the en-suite bathroom, which has double wash hand basins a Jacuzzi bath. and large walk in shower.

The Blue Room - a double room situated at the end of the villa, with a private sun terrace, again with wooden floorboards, one of the walls is compete with built in wardrobes and storage space and en-suite bathroom including a corner bath. French windows lead to a secluded, private terrace, again with beautiful views.

The Yellow Room - a twin bedded room, with marble floors, an archway leads to a small dressing room and the ‘en-suite’ bathroom. French windows lead to the terrace which is shared with the master bedroom,

The White Room - has bunk beds and is essentially a children’s room


GARDEN - At the front of the villa, there are two carports and parking space for many more cars in the drive, all secure behind the electrically operated main gates. Mirasierra's mature, secluded and large garden is laid with plenty of grassed areas and is home to bougainvillea, hibiscus, jasmine, and numerous other Mediterranean plants. There are a number of fruit trees, including lemon, fig, nectarine and pomegranate. At night the scent of 'dame de noche' (Lady of the Night) and jasmine fills the air. The garden is shielded on all sides by either walls or hedges, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sunny terrace, which can be access from the whole of the ground floor, is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. There are tables, chairs and sun loungers.

The barbecue shack is there for your use, serve you culinary delights ‘al fresco’ on the terrace!

THE POOL - situated the other side of the terrace is a large, private swimming pool which is ideal for cooling off, or just having fun! There is also an outside toilet and shower room, so you don't have to brave the marble floors if your feet are wet from the pool.


 

The El Paraiso valley is located midway between Malaga and Gibraltar, and is roughly about 45 minutes' drive from either airport. The area is well established without being over-developed, and very peaceful. There is a full complement of local amenities including restaurants, shops (including supermarkets), car hire, banks etc

10 minute walk to El Paraiso golf club. 5 minutes dirve to Guadalmina and Atalaya golf clubs. Large selection of other golf clubs within a short driving distance including Valerama, Sotogrande and Estapona .

The beach, restaurants and bars nearby are ideal for all ages and a only 5 minutes away.
 

San Pedro de Alcántara is in an ideal situation, just 10 kilometres west from all the glitz and glamour of Marbella, yet just a few minutes drive away from the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from the town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all of its own.
Be sure to head for the central plaza here with its gracious parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars. Thursday is street market day with all the associated hustle and bustle; a veritable bargain shopper's paradise.
A pleasant walk is from the centre of town to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero which is a particularly attractive wide avenue flanked by palm trees. And the modern wide promenade is ideal for continuing your stroll (or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes. Visit Bora Bora if only for a drink at the bar. It is one of the best beach clubs on the coast, with a superb restaurant and all the usual beach facilities, a tropical paradise.
San Pedro also has the last summer fair ( feria ) in Andalucia being in the second week in October.
History buffs will enjoy the Paleochristian Balisilica Church by the sea and the third century Roman Baths, Las Bovedas. Check at the local tourist office for timings.
The Paleochristian Balisilica Church and Necropolis is located in the woods next to the Bora Bora Beach Club that is on the sea front directly infront of the town. A little further west along the beach to Guadalmina is located the restored remains of the Roman Baths. If driving leave San Pedro westward towards Estepona. Stop at the tourist office in the Arch for the keys. After passing under the Marbella Arch, turn right and double back under the road tunnel.
Head down to the sea and the Roman baths are next to the Guadlamina Beach Club.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
