This luxury ground floor apartment is situated on the quiet development of Selwo Hills 1. The development has a gym, sauna and swimming pool all set in beautiful tropical gardens. The beach is approximately 15 minutes walk and there are three restaurants within walking distance. Within a few minutes drive there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The exciting resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are approximately 15 minutes in the car and there is a reliable bus service. Drive for 10 minutes in the other direction and you will find the pretty Spanish town of Estepona with its newly refurbished promenade and chirinquitos to take coffee, lunch or a cold beer. 

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, two have king size beds and the third has twin beds. The principal bedroom has en-suite facilities and its own private terrace and there is also a guest bathroom with bath and shower. There is a good size sitting room, with luxurious sofas, leading to a large terrace with dining for six people undercover. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your holiday including a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

Towels and linen fresh clean and top quality. Beds very comfy. Complex small.. peaceful and friendly. Management excellent and extremely helpful.
