Our beautiful Spanish villa has been superbly converted into 4 attractive apartments. We live in one and the remainder are available for holiday rentals.
There is an 8 metre pool, (HEATED Oct - April) relaxing half acre garden, tranquil "Viewing Area" shaded Moroccan Terrace, table tennis, hammock, off-street parking 

A beautiful, well laid out very spacious light first floor flat with wonderful views over the gardens and pool to the sea. The enormous master bedroom has a dressing area and huge bath/shower room en suite as well as a door to a south-facing balcony. The living / dining room leads straight out to the main west-facing terrace which has sea views. The kitchen, though a little compact includes an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, two refrigerators, juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee filter machine etc.
The second bedroom is a decent sized double/twin with shower room across the corridor. Everything is in immaculate order. Extra sleeping facilities for 1-2 more people.
 

Estepona is a very underrated town, hence the large Spanish population and comparitively few foreigners. Its the way the spanish like it!
There are still few or no tour operators offering Estepona Town as a vacation spot and we are both pleased and totally baffled.
It is a lovely old town and fishing Port(founded 500 years ago) There are charming old cobbled streets and delightful local shops and plazas. There are a huge variety of cafes, restaurants, ventas etc in the area. Estepona has a very safe feel about it with little crime.
From the bus station, you can travel to Gibraltar; Marbella & Casares.
Try it once and you'll want to come back. 

Once you have experienced Villa Tranquilla, we feel sure that you will want to re-book and/or tell friends about the unique holiday experience that you have just enjoyed. We are an English family who purchased an enormous beautiful Spanish villa and transformed it into 4 beautiful apartments. We live in one and ensure the smooth running of the other villapartments. Whilst we are there to assist in any way we can, we try to be as unobtrusive as possible. For your safety, each apartment has a smoke detector(s), fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector/alarm. We feel sure that you will enjoy the Port and Town of Estepona. Northern Spaniards holiday here as they classify it still as a Spanish seaside resort, unlike for example Fuengirola, Torremolinas, Benidorm or Marbella where most British tourists end up on a cheap package deal. Come and try out Estepona. You may even like it!!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Pets are not welcome

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, wind surfing, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
