Well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.
 

The terrace/patio is south facing with all day sun making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathing.
Garden has a barbeque and patio furniture with parasol.
There is a communal pool, within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The house looks out directly on to the pool, and a gate from the garden leads directly to the pool.
 

Bedding is not provided for the cot, so please bring your own with you. We also have a highchair for use by children up to 17kg. The house looks out over established tropical gardens and pool area from the patio garden. It's set in a lovely quiet area with countryside and mountain views from the bedrooms, yet close to beach, Town of Estepona and all its amenities. Great for families and parties of all ages.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Please contact me if you have a pet. I don't mind small well behaved dogs that keep off the furniture, but the house and gardens are unsuitable for a large dog. You must be prepared to clean up fully any mess or hairs during your stay. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, a sports center.

Riding Stables,Escuela de Arte Ecuestre Costa Del Sol, just down the road from the house.
