Within a few minutes drive you can be in the 'real Spain', the mountain area offers breathtaking views. You can stop at a local restaurant for coffee or a meal or simply park at a vantage area and watch the eagles fly.
 

The apartment comprises two bedrooms: bedroom one is double with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and bedroom two has twin beds.

There is a well equipped fully fitted kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The lounge diner has a dining table with six chairs and two leather sofas for your comfort. There is satellite television, DVD player and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The apartment offers a number of extras including iron and ironing board, cool box, beach towels, lots of cooking equipment and 24 hour contact for information / emergencies.

There is a terrace to the front, with dining table and four chairs, overlooking the swimming pools and gardens and a small private garden with barbecue, to the rear.

 

If you choose to hire a car for your holiday you will find an underground garage with secure parking.

If however, you prefer not to drive, then the bus and taxi services which serve the area are excellent.

A 25% deposit is required on booking and final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.

 

Palmera apartment is situated on a development which although quiet, is close to shops, restaurant and beaches. It is an ideal base for all types of holiday including, exciting (the clubs of Puerto Banus are close by), fun for children (beach and water sports) and sightseeing.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Fold Away Bed available if required anywhere. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This property is ground floor with ramps from the front gate to accommodate wheelchairs. It has a lift from the car park level to the apartment. There is a walk in shower. We would, however, require full details of the guest's disability in order to advise whether the property is suitable or not. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a zoo, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, a sports center, historic sites, a museum.

There are two water parks, both within 45 minutes drive.

Within a few minutes drive you can be heading towards the mountains with breathtaking views.

Duncan says: "We spent a week last summer at the apartment and had a great time, it was a good base and we visited a different beach every day and also Gibraltar and Puerto Banus. We hired a car which was very convenient especially with the underground parking. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children (2,7 and 10 years) and there was plenty of room in the apartment for all of us, having 2 bathrooms was particularly useful!. We all enjoyed the swimming people which was almost empty most days (like having your own private pool!). Apartment was immaculately clean and had everything you would need! Would thoroughly recommend it! "
