Casa Montaña is a privately owned villa in the hills of Valle Romano on the southwest side of Estepona.
It is build in a traditional rustic style with arched windows and beamed ceilings but has a modern ambiance. The large kitchen, large bathroom, private swimming pool and new furniture makes it a comfortable retreat. There are two double and one twin bedroom and a dressingroom which can accomodate two children.

Relaxing in your own villa
The garden with the long green palm trees, the beautiful mountain views and the tranquil setting give the visitor a relaxing feeling.You can either sit on the balcony looking to the mountains, sunbathing next to the swimming pool, or reading in the shadow of the palm trees in the garden. Next to the swimming pool there is a small bar with fridge, what do you need more?
There is a new golf course being built in the vacinity of this property ... on the far side of the valley. The work is not intrusive and privacy is not compromised, the pool & garden areas are completely private & not overlooked ... but as this work can be seen from the upper terrace we have reduced the price with a 10% discount.

Even though the villa is situated in the countryside, within 5 minutes you can enjoy the restaurants and terraces of the port, and within 10 minutes you can have your tapas on one of the nice old squares in the centre of Estepona!
There are lots of different beaches in and around Estepona. Busy ones in the centre or quiet ones (one naturist) in Bahia de Casares (5 minutes).
Estepona Golf is just 5 minutes further up on the road. Here you'll find a 18 hole course with green fees for only € 57,50.
