This attractive villa is well located midway between Guia and Albufeira. It is a very private property within a gated cul-de-sac shared with just one other villa. Albufeira town and the beautiful beaches of Gale are both only a ten minute drive from villa Impasse.

The accommodation comprises of on the ground floor a lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV with BBC channels, DVD, and a cassette player and has patio doors leading out to a covered dining terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms one of which has an en suite bathroom and the other with an en suite shower room, both have patio doors leading out to a lovely large sun terrace with country and sea views.

Stephen says: "The photo's of the property can not begin to describe how big and spacious it is, how well looked after the gardens are and how good a location it is located in. The only two points to note is that 1. the map is wrong in where is says the Villa is. 2. the directions given are a tiny bit wrong, but we know that area, so were able to follow them, and found the Villa with no wrong turns. Apart from the above, I can not begin to explain how nice the Villa is, but here goes, on entering the Villa there is a large hallway, with a spiral staircase to the first floor, on the ground floor is a double room, large kitchen (all mod cons inc.) and a wonderfully large lounge/dining area. TV/DVD/Sat system in corner. This area then opens out on to the pool area, which is lovely and big. 2.75m deep at one point. This area is westerly facing so you can eat out in evening etc and get good sunsets. BBQ is in corner. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, twin beds. There is a small security safe and both rooms lead out on to the balcony which overlooks the pool area. There is a security alarm system as you are quite a way out. I would recommend the hiring of a car as the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. But Albuferia and Gale beach area are only a 15/20 minute drive away so that wasn't much of an inconvienence. "
