This exceptionally spacious villa is ideal for a large group. Situated in Sesmarias which is 10 minutes drive from Albufeira and within walking distance of Castelo beach. There are many restaurants and a small mini market all in walking distance.
The accommodation is on three levels.
Semi-Basement: Large bedroom with double bed and two single beds and en suite bathroom, a games room with full size snooker table, pool table, table football and a darts area and guest bathroom.
Ground Floor: Extremely large split level lounge/dining area with bar and digital satellite TV with a comprehensive selection of channels including BBC and ITV. Fully fitted kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, utility room with larder fridge, fridge freezer and laundry room with washing machine. A double bedroom with air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. WC/cloakroom.
First Floor: Double bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom and balcony. Double bedroom with balcony, twin bedroom with air conditioning and en suite bathroom and balcony. Twin bedroom and bathroom.
Second Floor: Roof terrace
There is an alarm system and safe.
All bedrooms and the lounge are fully air condirioned for both cooling and heating.
