This beautiful, spacious villa enjoys a fantastic location directly above the beach with wonderful sea views. There are two accesses to the beach from the villa, one via a footpath that leads down through a small wooded area and the other is pavemented and leads directly to the beach bar/restaurant, both ways are only a 2-3 minute walk.

There are many amenities very close including a mini market and a good selection of bars and restaurants. Albufeira town is just 2km, approx 30 minute walk - but only about 15 minutes if you walk along the beach.

The accommodation is on two floors and comprises of on the ground floor a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite TV with BBC and 'free to air' channels and music system, with three patio doors leading onto a large balcony, dining terrace with BBQ and lovely sea views. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is a twin bedroom with patio doors into the interior patio courtyard. A shower room and further twin bedroom with en suite WC and a mezanine floor with sofas and mini gymnasium machine with patio doors to the terrace.

On the first floor is the master double bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large family bedroom with 3 single beds and en suite shower room with patio windows to large balcony.

There are baby gates fitted to both the top and bottom of the staircase.

The villa is located in a private cul de sac and has a swimming pool (10m x 6m) with roman steps which can be heated at an extra cost. The pool is surrounded by extensive terraces with BBQ and a childrens playground area with swings. There is a plesant sitting room with bamboo furniture under the house facing the pool area.

Car hire not essential. 

 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Steven says: " We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Do Pateo the villa was very clean (cleaned every day except Sunday) and very big, everything in the villa such as furniture, cooking facilitys and decor is of a high standard, the bedrooms are nice and spacious as was the pool area with a big pool, there were 10 sunbeds and 3 umbrellas around the pool which was more than adequate, the only things that I thought could have improved the pool area were that the view to the sea was obstructed by tall reeds growing outside the villa, it would have been nice to have had a sea view and the back wall of the swimming pool was obviously meant to be a water feature but is not used, if this was working it would have been a fantastic feature. The villa location is ok, its about a 10 minute slow stroll to the bottom of the strip with all the bars and resturants, and about 15 minutes walk along the beach to the old town of Albufeira. We saw the villa rep once and she was a very nice lady, we informed her of a problem with a broken shower head and within a couple of hours it was repaired, very impressive, she made it very clear that if she was needed she was a phonecall away. We have stayed in a few villas and althoough this was not the best it was a lovely villa and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in a villa in this area, you have the peice and quiet and when you choose to you have the bars and resturants of the strip or Albufeira old town. "
