This spacious villa is located on the hillside with lovely views across Vale de Parra to the coast. It is only a few minutes drive to the beautiful 'blue flag' beaches of Gale, a supermarket and a very good selection of local restaurants.
Albufeira Town, famous for its nightlife and interesting Old Town plus Marina are only a 10 minute drive away.
The accommodation is on two levels, the ground floor has a secondary lounge, twin bedroom , a double bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor is a further lounge with digital satellite receiver with BBC channels and patio dors leading to a balcony. A dining room, fully fitted kitchen with microwave and a breakfast table and door to terrace overlooking the pool area, laundry room with washing machine. A double bedroom with balcony and en suite bathroom, a further double bedroom, twin bedroom and large bathroom with double handbasins.
The villa has a large swimming pool (13m x 5m) with Roman steps at one end and a submerged sitting area at the other end, surrounded by large terraces with a shower. Next to the pool terrace is a small lawned area with a BBQ.
This villa does not have air conditioning.
