This house is in a new and exclusive village development comprising 36 houses, set on a hillside with panoramic views over beautiful countryside.The house is positioned in landscaped grounds and fronts onto the shared swimming pool affording easy access. The village is located half way between Lagos & Portimao. The golden sands of Meia Praia are minutes away. Meia Praia is a 3Km long beach regarded as the most beautiful in the Algarve. Lagos is an unspoilt bussleing Portuguese town, a fishing port and market centre with a sense of independence and a life of its own. Countless superb restaurants line its cobbled streets. It also has a beautiful marina where all manner of boating persuits can be had.  

 

 

There is an internet cafe in Odiaxere, 5 minutes away from the property, who currently charge internet access at 2 euros per hour. A weekly service is provided to clean and to change the bed linen and towels.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
