A safe family holiday at Casa Maia. Although the bedrooms are on the ground floor they can only be accessed through the house. There is a high wall around the property making it very safe for children. The living area (open plan) is on the first floor with a balcony from the lounge. This has patio seating for four. The roof terrace is located via the patio door from the dining area it has a BBQ, patio furniture, and sun loungers. It has electricity and water.

Lovely hill and sea views making it a perfect place for your evening BBQ once the children are safely in bed. 

The guests have use of the Ocean Club which has four pools with a five minutes walk from the house. There is an adults only, an indoor (open all year) and two other pools which also have childerns pools. Tennis is available through the Ocean Club, booking essential. There is a compulsory charge for the Ocean Club membership the prices are listed under extras. 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Bob says: "We found the property to be an excellant value for the money and was conviently located to all ammenities in Luz, such as restaurants, market etc. The beach was less than a two minute walk from the unit and we found numerous hiking trails along the cliffs to enjoy the scenery. We even seen Dolphins during one of our hikes.Compared to other popular tourist areas such as Faro, Portimao, Albufeira and even Largos it is not as commercialized and was very relaxing but in easy reach by car or bus to these other areas. Facilities in the unit were excellant and housekeeping was in 3 times a week to relace towels and once a week for bedding. There were 4 of us sharing the unit and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for our needs."
