Situated in the sought after resort of Quinta do Lago, the Algarve’s premier leisure resort, this 4 bedroom luxury villa is tastefully furnished and air conditioned throughout. The spacious lounge is equipped with a feature fire place, Cable TV, DVD player and music centre. Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace which overlooks the large pool (14m x 7m) and south facing front garden. The separate dining room has direct access to the fully fitted kitchen which includes, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and double door American fridge with built in Ice maker.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a large double bed, Cable TV, dressing area, en-suite bathroom and spacious sun terrace overlooking the pool area. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with Cable TV, en-suite bathroom and shares the sun terrace with the master bedroom. On the ground floor are two spacious twin bedrooms, one with TV and both with en-suite bathrooms.
The large air conditioned games room is located in the basement and is equipped with a pool table, table tennis and cable TV. Next to the games room is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
