Set within the luxurious 5 star development of detached villas called Quinta Verde, located one and a half kilometres from Quinta do Lago. Quinta Verde is within one of Europe’s most exclusive destinations. The area is renowned for its wonderful selection of golf courses, beautiful coastline as well as the natural beauty within the Ria Formosa Natural Park and the many lakes surrounding it. Set amongst beautiful pine trees and home to many up market shops, restaurants and nightclubs, the area caters for a discerning clientele.
41 Quinta Verde is a beautifully designed villa with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air-conditioning, automatic shutters and mosquito screens throughout.
The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, satellite flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Just off the lounge is a separate dining room with access through to the kitchen and patio doors to the outside terraces.
The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a double oven with five ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower.
