This Villa is situated in such a superb location and offers possibly the best views in Burgau of the beach & sea, the beautiful village itself and the surrounding countryside.

It is very comfortably furnished throughout and perfect for families offering excellent accomodation for up to 8 adults plus babies or young children.

The interior of the property is bright and airy and cheerfully decorated. On the first floor there is a good sized lounge which contains a feature fire place, Satelite TV, Music system, and drinks fridge the lounge leads out onto the largest terrace through the full frontal sliding windows.

The master bedroom is furnished in wood with a huge king size bed and wardrobe and as with most of the rooms has lovely sea views.
The 2nd bedroom has a good sized double bed as well as a single, fitted wardrobes and once again sliding doors to the large terrace and sea views.
The bathroom on this floor contains a shower. wash basin, and toilet and is tiled throughout.

On the ground floor you have the very well equipped kitchen with snack area, the dining room and 2 further superb bedrooms, 1 large single and 1 double who share a sunny private terrace.
There is also a seperate toilet as well as a seperate shower room on this floor.

 

The outside areas of the Villa are without doubt the best features and are a continuation of the main living areas. They are furnished with sunbeds and tables and chairs.

There are 5 outside areas, downstairs there is a large courtyard planted with colourful shrubs and plants, this is totaly enclosed and private so ideal for small children to play safely. Leading off the 2 bedrooms you also have a small but sunny private terrace which again is fully enclosed.

From the Lounge you have 1 enormous sun terrace with stunning views of the beach and village, and another smaller terrace which looks straight out to sea. there are stairs leading from the large terrace up to the very top terrace where you will feel as if you are on top of the world and the views are simply amazing.

Please take into account that the large terrace and the top terrace are walled, but are high so small children should be supervised.

Please also take into account that Burgau has quite steep cobbled streets and Casa Colina whist only 4 minutes from the beach is situated on hill so very elderly people or people with walking difficulties might find it beneficial to have a hire car during their stay.  

Whilst small the village has 24 restaurants and bars catering for every taste and pocket including the famous Beach Bar. All of these are within a maximum of 5 minutes walk and most a lot less.

Just across the road from Casa Colina is the Navigador Restaurant which serves wonderful food in the evening, and also has the added advantage of serving snacks in the day beside the enclosed heated swimming pool, so families who dont wish to use the beach can use the pool if they purchase their drinks and snacks as well.

Burgau also boasts a Newsageants, 2 supermarkets, 2 wine shops, 2 gift shops, Estate Agent, Property Management and its own cash machine. - The Sports centre just outside of the village has a swimming pool, football, squash and tennis courts all of which you can use, and also run a very good children’s activity programme.

Scuba Diving and Surfing schools are in the village and activities take place from the beach regularly.

Burgau is serviced by a good bus service and taxis, but we always recomend car hire for guests where possible and are happy to book them for you at the best prices available. 

There are 4 bedrooms in total sleeping 8 people comfortably. One of the double rooms also contains a single bed so is ideal as a family room for a couple with a small child or 3 children who are happier sleeping together. Baby cots can be added in any of the bedrooms along with high chairs etc for the main living rooms, but a small charge will be made for these items as the owners have to hire them in for your stay.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets may be accepted it is up to the discretion of the villa owners consequently they must be contacted to discuss it prior to a booking being made or it may lead to the booking being cancelled.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, horse riding, golf, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.

Within 10 mins drive of 3 superb golf courses Parque De Floresta, Boa Vista, Palmares

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Wow!! I have stayed in a few places in Burgau but this one has the best views of any, big terrace is amazing. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach but not noisy at all. Simply furnished and really comfortable which suited us and didnt expect the mid week clean which was very welcome. Plenty of space for all the party to spread out and not be on top of one another. Would definately go again and recomend to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday.
