We are delighted to offer a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with communal swimming pool and pool bar at the entrance of the 5* resort of Vale do Lobo. With awards and accolades galore and home to the rich and famous for the last 45 years, Vale do Lobo is one of the finest 5* luxury resorts in Europe. Located on the Algarve coast just 20 minutes from Faro International Airport, the resort is flanked by 2 national parks of outstanding natural beauty and boasts miles of Blue Flag golden beach front on the Atlantic coast.

The resort includes 2 Championship golf courses, a Tennis Academy with 14 courts, Barringtons Health Club, a Health and Wellness centre and 15 first class restaurants, 3 of which have michelin stars!! A short 15 minute walk from the apartment is The Praca, the central hub of Vale do Lobo which overlooks the breathtaking blue flag beach front. It also includes an outdoor pool overlooking the sea and the Penguin childrens club though there is an additional charge for these 2 facilities. From June-Sept there is live entertainment each evening around the many bars, cafes and restaurants and there is also a night club open to the early hours in the high season. It is wonderfully relaxing and if you keep your eyes peeled you are likely to spot the odd celebrity.

A further 5 minute stroll, located on the beach in Vale do Garrao, is Julia's. This famous collection of restaurants and beach bars provides the perfect blend of local cuisine and friendly staff in a very informal, relaxed setting. Here you can enjoy the major sporting events on the flat screen and a wireless internet zone for your laptop all whilst enjoying stunning views of the Atlantic.

Slightly further afield is exclusive Quinta do Lago, less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Quinta has an additional 3 Championship golf courses including San Lorenzo, arguably the best in Portugal, designer shops and a range of superb restaurants set around a central square.

Vilamoura, with its fine harbour and array of bars and restaurants is a short 20 minute taxi ride away. It offers a wide variety of trips, excursions and activities many of which can be booked, and will collect you, from the apartment. The night life in Vilamoura is cosmopolitan and varied and, for the younger crowd looking for something a bit more raucous, Albufeira is only a further 15 minutes along the coast (25 minutes drive direct from the apartment). The nightlife here is very lively but the atmosphere is a little more "bucket and spade" during the day.
 

Jardins do Golfe is a private complex of only 45 apartments adjoining the Vale do Lobo resort. This safe and secure gated condominium is set in over a hectare of beautifully maintained gardens with 2 swimming pools and only a short walk to the beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and golf courses at Vale do Lobo. Within Jardins do Golfe itself is a fantastic decked adult pool and sun lounging area and an adjoining kids pool & waterfall. There is also a pool bar open during the summer months, 2 Tennis Courts, a Tennis practice area and a crazy golf course.

A car is not essential as a taxi transfer from the airport will cost approximately £25 and the following facilities are within walking distance of the apartment - pool (on site), supermarket (2 mins), Restaurant (on site), Golf Club House (5 mins), Beach (15 mins), The Praca bars, restaurants & night club (15 mins). Taxis are plentiful & can be ordered from the reception area of Jardin do Golfe but a car is recommended if you want to take full advantage of the facilities available in Quinta da Lago and Vilamoura.
 

We understand the need for luxury, comfort and convenience on holiday and have made every endeavour to meet our guests needs in apartment 11. The apartment is located on the ground floor next to the pool area and was completely renovated in 2008. It includes the following:

1) A fully fitted kitchen with black granite work surfaces, solid oak cabinets and state of the art appliances including washing machine, oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer and microwave.
2) A large living area with wall mounted plasma flat screen TV and a DVD player. A sofa and dining area to accomodate up to 6 people with ease.
3) 2 double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Both rooms can be made up either as doubles or twins to suit guests requirements. There is an en-suite to the main bedroom with WC, new sanitary ware, bath and shower.
4) A main bathroom with WC, walk-in power shower & marble finished dressing and washing area.
5) A very private 30sq mtre balcony overlooking gardens and the pool area.

The whole apartment has been furnished in a modern, luxurious style with comfort in mind. We bought the apartment because, quite simply, we had the most amazing holiday experience ourselves at Jardins do Golfe and Vale do Lobo. The Algarve really does have something for everyone and we will do our utmost to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your stay here.
 

The apartment has 2 Sets of Golf Clubs (Mizuno and Ping Zings), 4 tennis racquets, a playstation and a wide range of books, DVD's and games for use by guests. There is no additional charge for these. We recommend that golf is booked in advance if you want to play at peak times as the courses on the Algarve can get very busy in certain months. In the apartment we have prepared guest books incorporating a review of all of the main activities available which also includes our own views, pros tips etc. on all of the main golf courses on the Central Algarve.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

There are plenty of excursions available that will pick up from the entrance of Vale do Lobo.
