This is a brand new two bedroom apartment in a new development near Porto de Mos.
It has two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a large double bed and a bathroom ensuite (including hydrotherapy bath) while the second bedroom has two single beds and has use of the second shower room.
The kitchen is bright and practical and has the usual "mod cons", such as washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.
The lounge/dining area looks out onto another terrace and the pool area as well as the luscious gardens, which catches the sun until the late evening. The lounge has two comfortable sofas and a colour TV. There is also air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.
This apartment is only a short walk to Porto de Mos beach and a short 3 minute drive to the nearest golf course, Boa vista, and only a 7 minute drive into the centre of Lagos. There is also a parking space in an underground garage. As there is still some construction work going on around the apartment this year still we are able to offer a special price on it which will most certainly go up next season when the building work has stopped, so it's an opportunity not to miss.
