VILLA OCASO is a new executive villa, with own heated pool, aircon, mobile internet access, wonderful gardens and games room situated outside the small village of Moncarapacho and close to Estoi, Quelfes and Olhao, approx. 26kms from Faro airport in the very beautiful unspoilt and low cost Eastern Algarve.

It has 4 large bedrooms, 4 luxury bathrooms, wonderful 10m x 5m heated pool with large pool terrace, BBQ and surrounded by lovely private garden. The huge basement has been developed into a games room with table tennis, and darts. Villa Ocaso is very well equipped and comfortably sleeps 8-10 people using portable bed and sturdy cot.

PRICE INCLUDES:
FREE POOL HEATING March to end October each year. All linen/towels. Villa cleaning. We also provide 8 pool towels so no need to bring your own. Also includes English manager who will meet you soon after arrival at the villa and who will remain on call throughout your holiday.

Mobile internet access available. You just pay for the hours you use.

The pool can be heated November-February but at extra cost. No guarantees can be given to water temperature as heat pump relies on ambient temperature at the time.

Aircon is an obligatory extra throughout the year at £85 / week giving warm air in cooler months and cool air in hotter months to ensure your total enjoyment of the villa.

The villa is in a plot size of at least half an acre with other executive villas, close to Moncarapacho in the very unspoilt and low cost Eastern Algarve. The surrounding area is rural and totally unspoilt and known for its extensive citrus and almond groves. However you are still only 30 minutes away from major Central Algarve attractions and only 20/25 mins from Faro airport.

The villa is of the highest specification - with marble floors throughout, stylish modern Portuguese furniture, with air con in all rooms and own glorious fully equipped pool terrace with 10m x 5m heated swimming pool. The entire villa has been very tastefully furnished in modern style.

The basement has been developed as a games lounge with darts and table tennis. Plenty of off road parking and the villa is gated.

On the pool terrace there are sun loungers, deep bamboo shade, a BBQ and a large table with seating for up to 10 people. You dont even have to bring your own pool towels - we supply 8 free of charge!!!

This villa really is exceptionally large. You will not be disappointed. There are 4 spacious bedrooms (2 twin and 2 double) , 4 luxury fully tiled bathrooms (2 are en-suite). One bathroom has a corner bath and double vanity unit. All rooms have extensive fitted cupboards and there is a digital safe fitted in the villa.

The huge master en-suite bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished terrace and ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the amazing sunsets. You will fight over this one!

A high chair and sturdy portable cot are provided free of charge. There is one portable/folding bed in the villa, making occupancy levels maximum 10.

The spacious lounge very comfortably seats 10/11 with dining area off. There is satellite TV (with BBC and ITV), a DVD player and supply of music CDs and DVDs. Also books and games.

The superb kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with granite surfaces, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer and everything you could possibly wish for.

Villa Ocaso is exceptionally well equipped with crockery/ cutlery for luxury eating/drinking in and around the terrace/pool area. We have even supplied an extensive range of melamine items to reduce your stress levels. We try to think of everything!

There are wonderful island beaches in every direction (Tavira beach just voted 4th best beach in Europe -Telegraph June 2005) and trips to enjoy in the mountains. From Olhao just 7-8 mins drive away there are boats to 3 superb island beaches. Fusetta, our local beach is also only 7+ mins away by car, with permanent beach, calm lagoon and small boat to islands. With beers and wine at only 1 euro a glass ... truly wonderful.

For golfers this is paradise. No megaphones (as in Central and Western Algarve rushing you through). Here you can enjoy quality golf at a leisurely pace. There are five golf courses all within 20+ mins, including the championship Quinta de Cima golf course and sister club Rio - named in the 2004/05 Peugeot Golf Guide as the Best Golf Courses in Portugal. There are a further 5 golf courses close by approx 25-30 mins with 5 just over the border into Spain at Ayamonte. The superb new Monte Rei course is approx 25 mins from the villa. Just outside Moncarapacho there is an excellent 9 hole par 3 course, also with putting green for the whole family to enjoy.

Within Moncarapacho itself there is a excellent supermarket, 2 mini markets, cash machines, petrol station, dentist, doctors, pharmacy, post office, bars, some truly excellent restaurants, cyber cafes and other local shops. Moncarapacho also has an excellent museum.

Within a few kms is the wonderful town of Olhao with its fishing port, wonderful fresh fish markets, restaurants, excellent shopping with boats to islands.

Estoi with its Roman ruins and Rococco palace now developed into a Pousadda is close by.

A large villa ideal for families with table tennis and darts in basement games room. BBQ, own private heated pool and pool terrace surrounded by large grassy garden. There is a separate boules areas with seating. Fund for everyone!! Off road parking and gated.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the portable bed can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a museum, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, a zoo, a themepark.

Daniel says: "What can i say the villa and the location was more than we could have asked or hoped for. the villa was in excellent condition and HUGE the picture really dont do it justice. i would recomend anyone looking for a holiday in the algarve to rent this villa it will have everything you could need or want and then some. the pool and garden were magnificent a real sun trap, the kitchen and lounge are very well equiped with everything you would need for your stay. Bedrooms were all of excellent size and the master upstairs bedroom was very impressive with balcony overlooking the pool, me and my fiance spent many a night out there with a drink. cleaning service was excellent so was the pool man he done a very good job. i will be definatly coming back this villa and paula and steve were outstanding and far above our expectations 5*s "
